Before entering real estate, John enjoyed a distinguished 20-year career with Target Corporation, where he held executive leadership positions including Regional Operations Manager, Regional Merchandise Manager, and District Manager. He successfully opened Target's Michigan market and led thousands of team members, developing the leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills that continue to benefit his real estate clients today.

Outside of real estate, John's greatest joy is his family. His son, Michael Chambers, leads one of the computer divisions within Vanderbilt University's Finance Department. His daughter, Barbra, attends BrightStone, a remarkable organization dedicated to empowering adults with special needs to live purposeful and fulfilling lives. John is also the proud grandfather of Aaron and Hannah, who continue to be one of the greatest blessings in his life.
